Hungry Newbie

Been out all boots on ground the past few days and have been able to secure some accounts probably cause I’m undercutting myself lol… But along my journey the owner of this insurance agency asked if I could clean this awning as he sign up for a bi weekly service on his office windows… Keep in my mind I have zero experience pressure washing l, but don’t think I would even hit this with a pressure washer. My thoughts some good soft brushes and dawn dish soap with some good old fashioned elbow grease should do the job. I priced this job at $350, anyone have any suggestions on cleaning this beast?

350 is a good price on that. There was a really good video a while back on this. Don’t use a high pressure washer it could damage the awning.

For a quick clean I usually just hit them with my boars hair wfp.

$350 is awesome for that! If you don’t have a WFP to use with a mild detergent, then a simple car wash brush would probably get it pretty good.

Don’t use Dawn.

Use this.

You cannot ruin the awning with this. I’ve streaked vinyl awnings using dish soap. Costly mistake.
