That’s awesome! How did you get the dealer quote ?

The dealer quote was kind of a shot in the dark. I went on their website and where you can contact for info I just filled it out and in comments did the intial “Hi I own local window cleaning…”. I actually sent this to two different dealers, one being a stand alone and the other was a group i.e. Ford honda Nissan etc.
The group said they had own crew within company that takes care of the windows.

The stand alone replied back saying to come in and speak with their sales managers and gave me their names. So I at least got a foit in the doir to talk to them is the way I look at it.

I’d be happy to help if you have some photos that would be best

This month I picked up 4 storefronts. Also, did 4 houses and 1 construction cleanup at a condo. As someone new to this business, thats a heck of a start lol. One customer referred me to 3 other people. She really like the work I did, and left a Facebook review. From that review, I gained the 3 other clients. That was my first house I ever did, under my own business. God is really good and I’m going to do my part & stay persistent.

Man that’s amazing ! Great job ! How long have you been cleaning windows?

For a solid 2 years. I watched your videos and practiced a lot on my apartments sliding doors…Then I started looking for WC jobs found a high rise gig…Im young and am at a transitioning point n my life. My mom passed away when I was 22 and I got tired of working stupid ass jobs that didn’t make me happy. So I needed change big change. Did high rise for 6 months, then found a higher paying job on the ground. ironic. Now I work at 5 am-1pm WC’ing for a company. In the meantime, building my own clients…

This fall has been busy. Seems like getting more and more commercial accounts each day which we are loving!! Partnered with a local cleaning company to help them out providing window cleaning for their commercial accounts. So far it’s been a great thing. The area we’re in WV is really growing so with that I’m sure we’re just going to grow with it!! Hoping to add another crew on the roads come spring.

That’s a great way to land new jobs. Other than teaming up with that company , how else are you landing new commercial accounts ?

Jacob from Meyers Window Cleaning here. We just brought on four new people, all are part time but three of them are committing to a non paid high commission sales campaign, and they get paid when training or doing houses an hourly rate. Two of them are in my MIT program, managers in training. There is a ton of hand holding right now but eventually they will hit their targets by themselves. They also have an expected minimum target to keep their position otherwise they get knocked down to the normal pay grade. They basically will be me in my absence and will eventually know what I know.

We are also going to be expanding our treasury as well. Right now we just have someone who does our paperwork once a month.

We are looking at two hotels right now, store expansion we ended up adding a few stores. Our residential referral game is great. We been strong arming every single house we cleaned for a referral even if it means a credit for them in the future, and it’s worked every single time.

Side note, I’m making content. Channel is not dead.

Just going to business as they open up telling them about us and what we have to offer. And if they like to try us out we offer them a first time clean discount. And normally after that first clean they see the difference and want to set up a bi-weekly or monthly service.

Thanks Luke for your assistance…attached are pics. I would be proposing inside/outside for initial clean and probably once every four weeks for outside only. Thinking of using a 24" super channel but i need to obtain a height measurement for the glass wall, unless you have a guesstimate! If you could label the different size panes of glass with MS Paint with suggested I/O prices then I could then price similar size windows that are scattered on the inside of the building and others similarly not shown to come up with a final proposal would be awesome.!IMAG0046_1

Any tips on tools and any other suggestions on the proposal side of things will be greatly appreciated!!
