Wow, amazing. Looks like our bluegrass here to Kentucky! Great lawn too…you have been working…glad you all are on the tail end of it. Been there done that….never ending it seems. Staying busy with work I bet, everyone wants something done…
Looks like you have a bit of fertilizer staining on the sidewalk…I can remove that for ya…we do pressure washing as much as window cleaning.

O yeah. All new. Roof,windows,sidewalks even that yard. We re graded took all the trees out and out in new sod about 2 years ago.
Its fescue. That front gets cooked all day so fescue is what i went with.
Heck yeah id hire you
