How is the best way to price job’s. By the pane? By the window? Or by the hour?

I’m interested to know how you all price up your jobs. I spoke to a guy a coupe of days ago and he said that he charges 120$ for the first hour and about 100$ per hour after that but most jobs would be done in 2 hours. What’s your method? and dose it change from store’s to residential, and commercial businesses?

Here in the uk i price by the hour so that way if the job takes longer than you thought it doesn’t matter cuz you’ll charge more.

Thanks mate. I love your videos too and your tips and tricks. Do you always have work on booked up in the UK? Or dose it get quiet from time to time?
And I need to tell ya something; ENGLAND IS GOING TO WIN THE WORLD CUP THIS YEAR!!! Whoop whoop

We price by the window. If done correctly you should make your desired per hour wage .

I don’t like making my price per hour, fixed prices are better. the faster you are the more you have earned.

I thought I saw you price 1 pound for lower level and 1.5 for upper level? Wonder how that translates into US dollars.

Always have a minimum on everything.

I price per pane and that tells me what I’ll make per hour. If the job takes less time then it’s a bonus.

$120 min for me for anything ranging from a small water stain removal to cleaning a turdstain on a upholstery deposited by fido…

I charge by windows, and sometime by pane. I try very hard to keep it at $100/hr rate.

Yes, here in Germany as well . Storefronts are very hard to get. the shops usually can not decide for themselves. you always have to contact the central office. These have several offers and take the cheapest.
