We are super busy right now! We have ads on Indeed.com, radio, Facebook & Linked In. We have people that apply and even do a quick phone interview but end up NOT SHOWING UP for the actual in person interview.
What are your thoughts? Where should we be looking for reliable people? Any suggestions?
We have turned jobs down because we don’t have the guys to help.
Does your state have a program for putting people to work on wage subsides? Is there a youth employment initiative in your city? Is there any one of your friends with teens young adults who need thier first shot, screens and safer work? Do your customers have or know someone who needs work? Just thoughts and ideas ive used. Ive talked to my friends and found someone needed to work, come try it out.
