Hiring reliable people - Still Trying!

Hello Everyone!

We have been trying to hire people since April of this year. It is extremely difficult! I have walked around passing out flyers even. We listed on Indeed, Facebook and Linked In. We had a couple positions available. We filled all but the Window Washing positions.

We are really busy and need reliable people. Any suggestions?

What are some sources or approaches you guys have taken to find reliable people?

EVERY business is having this problem. Just keep on trying and maybe you’ll find someone.

We just said screw it this year.

We have worked extra and are booking out further but just didn’t want to even try this year.

Come late winter we will get back to hiring :roll_eyes:
