Hey, everyone’s favorite question...what’s your favorite tool?

I take them off all together Modified Moerman Excelerator - YouTube

But you won’t get 0 detailing that way?
I’d like to try the unger Nina Chanel’s.
I think the tools in Australia are little bit more expensive. I think it costs about 59$ to get 22inch with Nina handle.
I just got a Mormon boab 39$ plus 10tax(gst. I had the blue one that holds 3 squeegee’s I returned it I could not stand how low it was hanging. It was down at my knees somewhere. Lol. Window cleaning resource don’t send to the land down under Australia.

By the way I love the Mormon pouche it’s blue and it has a magnet on the front. It’s awesome I would recommend it. :+1:

My spell check did not spell Ninja correctly.
I so want to correct the spelling but I don’t think I can edit it. :upside_down_face::slight_smile:

Bob does not encourage you to bend them straight, quite the opposite. If you make them straight then you won’t get zero detailing on flat laying seals. The dive bombing technique is not great with liquidators. To avoid chattering use more detergent. DO NOT BEND CLIPS STRAIGHT, especially on longer channels as it will leave solution behind. On channels longer than 14inch I’ve bent the end clips further down due to the fact slimline channels loose pressure at the tip so therefore by bending the clips a little further down i can maintain that pressure at the ends giving 100% detail free windows.

I don’t have to detail my pole work even with a standard channel

Is that on storefronts? Bob told me you guys in usa don’t mind leaving a bit of solution round the edges on storefronts?

2 techniques can be used.

I prefer side side glide because the edges are addressed all at once but with narrower windows use hit n run. Just beware of leaving triangles on the edges.

i dont mind leaving a little… but it dosent crown or run on the window

I like Ettore rubber. I did a job the other day and used the liquordator. It was not getting the water off. But when I changed to the Ettore it was all good. However that was the first time using the tool so it was probably more me than the tool also I’m a rookie at the minute. I’ll I’ll still use the Mormon but I will put Ettore rubber in.

I know it’s not super popular but I like the Ettore Backflip. Great for doing pole work in the sun.

How much different is there between the Ledge ezy and the Contour Plus?

Yeah the contour have a spring loaded action in the handle meant to assist you with close outs. And it has a 0 degree option too. Also it’s a pivoting handle. The ledge ez is a fixed 45 degree handle.

Yeah I love the contour Plus, takes a bit of getting used to but once you conquer it, it’s a real game changer! Especially on internal height tinted glass where straight pulls are needed!

Is the handle size the same?

Just about. The ledge ez is by far our favorite residential handle

Yeah, I’ll give the Ledge ezy a go!

Lately I have been digging Luke’s excelerator mod with ettore channel also. Nothing against the excelerator channel but I just prefer the ettore clip system also. I love it with the fliq pad doing pole work but for the last couple weeks I’ve also been using this set up as a hand tool without the fliq pad. Been using a 14 inch and 10 inch on residential and love it so far. I love having all the options the handle gives you.
