How would you go about cleaning the inside? What type of ladder should I purchase to complete this job? Also, how much would you bid this job?

I’ve done those with a 17’ little giant. Just lean the ladder asking the left and right walls.
My minimum would be $75. Assuming those are grids and not cut ups.
