So the building has all the windows in already and there are about 220 give or take per floor at 14 floors. It is a construction clean but the windows are not bad at all. The blue stuff peels off the glass on the outside of course. I won’t go in to details but am just wondering where those of you who have quoted big jobs like this before would be at? Would definitely need to rent staging for outside and most likely increase insurance unless you already have for something like this. I eventually passed up on it because the arranged price or quote was dropped way too low for this job. I am just trying to have peace of mind knowing I didn’t drop the ball and lose out on something that could have opened some bigger jobs for me down the road. So considering all of the above, what would be your quote or contract for this job inside and out plus frames? You don’t have to give an exact amount just what would be your lowest and your highest quote?
