For us we dont clean gutters when they are frozen. Dangerous for the technicians, if the gutters are frozen the ground probably is too. Not to safe for ladders and not to say to be on a roof.
It also take a lot more time. We simply explain this to the customer and re schedule for a warmer day. We had to do this again this week. 4 gutter cleanings next Tuesday
