First time pricing a big building

Hello everyone!!!
I have this opportunity to make some money but I have no idea about price a big building,it’s about 19 sections of 6 windows plus the entrance in&out 1time a month please help this rookie window cleaner
Thank you thank you and &&&thank you

Are they currently being cleaned? And do the windows have vertical blinds on the inside? And how difficult is it to get to the windows on the inside?

Hello!!!
All building from inside is open space to clean and work fast first floor and second floor and outside like you see the pic it’s open too for poles, no blinds I’m sure that inside they are dirty for couple years
Thank u

Welcome to the crew! If that was a one time clean my first thought would be $10 per pane and that would be an awesome paycheck, but… you might not get that. I’m more of a residential guy myself, I only take commercial when they call me. So my pricing may be off a bit. ( keep that in mind). I would do at least $6 per pane for the first clean. Then drop down some from there. Guys like @Luke and @TheWindowCleanse, @SteveO I’m sure could offer more help with this. I’m just offering my 2 cents cuz they haven’t yet and I’m curious to compare my pricing. Let us know what you think guys! By the way, check out the “get started” section on this forum and introduce yourself. If you’re serious about window cleaning, this is a great group to be in with. Good luck man!

I’d be at $6/pane. Hard to see entryway but 19x6=114 x$6=$684 x2=$1368+entryway.

Maybe like $1499 for initial clean, in/out.

If they want it once a month, be prepared to also give them every other month and quarterly pricing, as well as just outside pricing.

Will they allow you in on a Saturday or Sunday? It will make your life a lot easier for insides.

Personally, I’d try to sell them on outsides only and entryway, after the initial clean. Do in/out once a year.

If using wfp, locate your water source.

Also, which side faces south? This will help you work around any direct sun. Sun will start east, wrap around south and end west.

Best wishes, hope you get it.

That’s a bit closer to what I meant for initial clean. I’d go with that.
