Do these 19 sections all essentially look the same? Big pane up top & small pane down below - or a door with small pane up top? Are you doing just the exterior or interior also?
Now, I’m also new, but my bid would be $123.20 before taxes, exterior only (double if also doing interior). Also, I’m Canadian, but I feel like although our dollar is not on par, the price/pane is around the same based on my research. So, 16 large panes, 16 small (maybe medium, but for a job I want to win I might size down). $3/small pane, $8/large pane. Regular residential client, 1st time clean, $176.00 before taxes. Commercial rate, 30% discount, $123.20, first-time clean.
Recurring discounts: Yearly +5% off next years service. Semiannual +8% off next service within 6 mo. Quarterly +10% off each new service within 12 mo.
As a newbie myself, I’d also love to know some of you experts opinion on that bid & my discount rates for pre-booking services. My aim is to achieve regular price for the first job & build value in pre-booking regular services with my company. What are your thoughts?
