I been listening to a ton of retrowave, synthwave, vaporwave, chillwave and futurefunk stations on Youtube. Its all music that’s has a very 80’s vibe to it. Some people are making this kind of music today, its just really cool.
Need more bass but I dig it…
When I was doing electronic dance music production in Manhattan at a school that is no longer there, my Ableton Suite 9 teacher showed us Mini Van highway. Pretty hilarious. I heard kraftwerk has robot versions of themselves perform on stage now.
@Luke YESSSSSS !!! DIE ANTWOORD RULES !!!
@Jacob I used to produce a long time ago. That’s awesome. And Tim and Eric are seriously underrated geniuses! Haha.
I was at a school called Dubspot but they closed their doors after 10 years about a year or so ago. I used to travel to live in Brooklyn on the weekends for 6 months. I would get into the city on B or Q. Then if I needed to go home I took 4, 5 or 6 to Grand Central, rarely would I leave through Amtrak to go to Albany. I usually took Grand Central to Wassaic or Southeast. Then just drive home.
It was a true adventure and it taught me a lot about how to stand out and be myself.
I’ll have to send you one of my old tracks Jacob. I used to produce trap music.
Chappie!!!
That was a brilliant movie. Plus ninja and Yolandi were awesome as actors!
They were ! I was really impressed with it being their first big movie .
Die antwood…
I havent listened to music while cleaning windows, I guess I should. If I did start to, it would either be Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, or something of that genre.
