Facebook weirdness

Ok, so I get three new calls this week from prospects via Nextdoor app but none of them knew each other or were even in the same neighborhoods or same part of town. Appears strictly random. Bid and booked all three of them. Logged into fb to see what lies, rumors and random acts of stupidity are plaguing the world today (I frequently get window cleaning inquiries via fb so I check and reply to them like a good boy).

So, home page news feed, on the right hand side there are people that fb suggests to you to be friends. I see the list of people and holy tapered fluted shank, there are those 3 people on that list. I’m like WHAT?

So, I don’t have any common friends with these prospects and I’m like how did this happen, didn’t even know these people had fb or not. Didn’t search their name or anything like that just logged on to check and clear notifications, I’m like WHOA!

Man! So Facebook used to update terms and policies like every 2 weeks. This would usually reset my security settings. I noticed that without saving contact info in my phone, Facebook would show people who I had recently talked to on the phone. I’m pretty sure Facebook has hacked the planet by now! Lol!

I’ve noticed a very similar thing. I think the suggestions that show up might be people who have checked out your profile. I don’t have any real info to back up this suspicion but that’s what I think is happening.
