For some reason, many of my customers have issues changing rubber on their super channels. So hard to pull out and then the brass clips get stuck in there. One customer brings the channel to me to change out and it’s a real pain. Any tips?
Here you go, boss.

Yes thanks, but my issue is that once the rubber has been in for . awhile, it’s really hard to remove it. Maybe it’s just my customers using the same rubber for too long. But a couple have brought in their squeegees to my shop and even I have a very hard time taking out an old rubber. I usually have to use a flat head screw driver for assistance. And then new brass clips are needed.
New super channels do seem to have a very tight tolerance where the squeegee insert has been machined. Reanna and I have both noticed this. After a few months of changing out your rubbers it does seem to get much better. Mine is over a year old now and it’s very easy to replace.
