I put an Unger S channel in a wagtail orbital handle which has no teeth so to keep the rubber in place I just cut a 3/4 inch section of nylon cable tie (zip tie) and push it in behind the rubber.
Works just as well as the clips but also gives that little extra pressure at the ends which helps with minimizing detailing - obviously it’s a thin zip tie and it pushes the rubber forward very slightly - not like Liquidator clips which can get grippy and cause drag.
