I haven’t proof read his, so I’m sure there are typos on it. This is how I typically make out estimates. This is for a home. Small businesses are real simple to send an estimate to, but I seem to get into this complex, detailed methodology every time I quote a house. If it were in person that would be one thing, but they send me photos of I quote it this way. This home is a little over an hour from me. (I’m also going to include something about storm windows. Just haven’t yet).
Anyone have any advice? Do you think this is alright? Is this typical?
