What are you worried about? Getting the wrong type of people to apply? Not enough applicants? In this tight labor market just getting people to apply is a chore. I have run adds that were very descriptive, made to weed out people that were not A players, and yet still got people I would never employ. I ran a simple add, outdoor work, and got some great applicants.
