CRM software

We’ve been using Jobber for 1.5 years. It’s a great CRM. The online version is great for office/admin work, and the app is great for working in the field. I went through a period of trying multiple CRM’s until I landed with Jobber, and the thing I learned about CRM’s, is that there is no one CRM out there that will be perfectly tailored to fit your company’s needs and budget. There’s always something that could be a little different to better suit how you operate, and that’s okay. To me, when I let go of finding the “ideal CRM” it made it easier to decide to commit to one.
I also tried The Customer Factor. Man, it has EVERYTHING. However, that ended up being the problem. For me, it was very thick and clunky. If I was better skilled (and I don’t think I’m awful) at tech stuff I’d probably get used to it and enjoy the innumerable features of CF, but in the end my admin assistant and I chose to go to Jobber.
There’s my $.02 any way. Hope it’s helpful. The right CRM is a Big Deal.
