CRM/Service Field Tool

Hello,

I am on the fence about what software to use for tracking customers and sending estimates. I have seen people like Housecall Pro and Service Monster but at $100 for two users and the features I would want makes it had to start with it, but I also don’t want to go through the pain of migrating systems with over 100 customers. Has anyone tried Pricing - The Customer Factor

Also, I am on the fence about adding Quickbooks, most people seem to say it makes Taxes and Payroll easier if you have employees. For me, I am going to be working with a partner so we need to keep decent bookkeeping.

Thanks Guys!
Neil

We personally us HCP and QB online. HCP does work with you on what options you need for your business. I tried customer factor (which many people love) but it didnt offer as much and seemed to me kinda like an unfinished product. If you decide to go with HCP use this code and save up to 30% off your subscription. Let me know if I can answer any other questions!

I use and like TCF… it speaks my language

I use TCF. HCP is more modern, but TCF was a better price, and also some of the features are awesome. Like being ae to send automated surveys, or the reputation management feature. Its worth it for me, not for everyone though.
