Construction clean up

I have this house that I came across it’s a giant home it will only let me post one photo I have I have the price at $3500 and this includes a lift rental I have to bring a 40’ ladder on the inside for the whole back side and the foyer just want some extra input this is my first big construction job

I would have a waiver signed also I would be very careful with a ladder inside especially a 40 ft. Sectional ladders would be safer. Or even a pole with attachments. Wish you the best on the job.

Man that’s a tough one for your first. Like @Johnlee said be sure to have a waiver signed. I’d also try to pole that interior . I’d have one person wetting it and another with a pole and a blade. Then re wet and use a 3m wall sander with steel wool. Just be safe and take your time.

That’s a tough one for starting out. Take your time for sure, do it right and be safe. Nice job though, good money too! Don’t think I would use ladder on 40 feet, agree with @Luke and @Johnlee use pole on the higher ones. Much success.

40’ in home is a big no no. Too much can go wrong. One mistake can make that a free job for customer but cost you $5,000-$10,000. The weight alone can damage the floor. I personally would modify a 40’ water fed pole with a 3m sander. Less risky. Hope it works out for you.
