Hello Everyone,

I am working on locking in my first commercial job. A 37 unit luxury apartment/ 4 stories high. Besides insurance, do I need permits or any type of license to clean the windows?

Will you be using a lift?

I would check with your local authorities.

All the authorities ever say is yes you need a permit. Ask the customers if the people who did it before you needed a permit?
