Everyone has their preference. I use a squirt bottle and put in a few drops for resi. Maybe more for a restaurant. Using a squirt bottle allows you to experiment with how much soap you need. Bbq places need a lot of soap. Resi needs little.

Start with roughly 2 teaspoons per 2 gallons . If you need more slip add more.

What’s nice about business is how you make it what you want. You first wanted a side hobby as a bartender, then you wanted to stop being a bartender and found you could do it fulltime. Then you got married, and made it work for both of you. Now you’re ready to move on and hire people as you focus more on youtube, and being an influencer. There’s no right or wrong answer with business. It’ just personal, and that’s why it’s better than a normal job. You mold it instead of someone else asking you to fit into their molded creation. I don’t like when people act like there way is the ONLY way for everyone if they want to “win”. As far as reviewing stuff goes, I totally agree that it needs to be an honest review or it’s not worth anything. If keeping your integrity steps on toes then step on toes.
