We carry a rubber mat similar to this for the same reason.

I like that mat. We get the uline book weekly at our other business we own. Gonna look for one. Think that would be better then what I’m using.

It’s nice to have, and plus it could just be left in the back of the truck.
I also use it for slick floors on interior surfaces

I have a laddermate safety device that I use for interior work or anything outside that I am unsure of grip wise.
I feel safer when using it than having an employee foot the ladder (anyone that has looked down and seen an employee staring out in to space or checking their phone knows what I mean)!
