Personally I don’t up my prices until it gets past monthly.
Seems like a big jump from bi-weekly to monthly.
It looks like about 1 1/2 job…maybe 30 minutes for outside, hard to tell inside, depends on how much stuff is in the way…guessing an hour.
So figure out what you want to make an hour. 200 seems high to me but that’s just my opinion…
