Big win for my company today!

So today I scored two big weekly accounts… one residential with 54 windows and one commercial account (pizzeria) with 26 windows. I cant wait to start banging these out. I’m super stoked, wicked happy I decided to incorporate windows into my business model for my pressure cleaning service. Here’s a picture of the house I booked for a weekly run. 20180720_180059

Congratulations. I have to ask, you said weekly window cleaning for residential? I’m curious what you are charging for that because I have yet to find a weekly customer for even commercial. I have bi weekly as my most frequent.

I also made a deal this week as well. I do not want to sound like I am stealing your recognition, it sounds to me you deserved it. I am actually going to post up a video soon. I am redoing my YouTube channel soon.

@Luke do you see those little rivers of water running down the driveway ? Lol. They’re from big 3" hoses… during the week I work for a company that fills swimming pools. I drive a big rig with a tanker, and I fill pools with spring water. So I meet 90% of my customers thru my main job. I save a lot of money in advertising costs and get a lot of good leads from my main gig :joy::joy:

@Jacob I’m charging them 2 dollars per window. Strictly exterior. Times like these I wish I had a WFP zero system but I just cant afford it right now. I’m still paying off my pressure washing rig lol. 20180712_192218

Excellent! A water fed pole system I bought recently was 1350, but my total purchase was about 2 grand with shipping because I just invested in a screen washer.

Im looking at the xero 3 stage ro/di setup with a hybrid 22 foot pole. My area is weird. Some areas have a tds of like 50, and then 5 miles away the tds is like 150 and up lol. But the xero packages seem modestly priced.

The Xero Pure would be a very good fit ! If you need any help my friend @Johnlee can help.

My area is like that too. Soft and hard water everywhere.

Congtas Man!

I’m curious if you’ve done this house three times now? My concern would be that the notice that it doesn’t need weekly cleaning and they cancel on you. Does anyone do any houses that actually “need” weekly/monthly cleaning? I don’t.

That is a valid point. Maybe that is the case. However what if the owners see the value in it? Are you going to kill a sale because what you want is different than what they want? If there is an agreement by both parties and the owners know exactly what value they are getting, then there is nothing wrong with this agreement.

Now it would be different if the owners were clueless and didn’t communicate exactly what value was desired or if the salesperson did not make sure they were on the correct product/service.

Of course, I’m not trying to protect anyone or point fingers. But maybe Joey can tell us. I’m actually curious because like Charles, I didn’t think there was really a market for weekly residential cleanings. If there is, heck I may even jump aboard.

I have never heard of weekly residential cleaning either. However, he is charging them $2 per window, when I would charge $8 and it would have to meet my minimum charge. Perhaps his price was so low that the home owner wanted them cleaned weekly!

I don’t know, but I would like more details. Weekly resi window cleaning would be sweet.

Back in the early 80s along the SC Coast I had a bi-weekly Route to a small town Georgetown. My first stop early am was a beach house. The home was only used the week of Thanksgiving and the week of 4th of July. Big glass looking out at the ocean.

In some areas out here, people are really hoity toity, the customers here at this house are both doctors. They don’t mind the price… it’s just exterior and a couple interiors. That’s it…
