What’s your method for cleaning tracks and sills ?
Do you charge for this service or do you package it with the window pricing ?

Window sills we scrub with brush and rinse with water. The tracks we use a track cleaner and natural sponge.

We use a track brush and sponge. We price it into the window cleaning, the water drips down in the sills anyways and we don’t want to leave our mess behind. So we just let them know that we will clean the windows and wipe out the track/sills too! Charge extra for screen cleaning of course. If outside only we don’t do sills, whatever we can get cleaned with the wfp.

If I can, i start window washing from inside first. First, i use track brush and vacuum it up with my hoover handheld vac… wash windows, then wipe out the track…i don’t like mud.
I package it into price first including screens. I try to sell highest that i can get.

I price it into our window cleaning price. We have various ‘tiers’. We always clean screens and sills. And if they want frames or tracks cleaned too or if we just feel like doing it we will give the customer a high tier price.
We use a grey track brush from Windows 101 and a vacuum for tracks. Wet them down and wipe them clean.
