Hey man we all start somewhere, nothing wrong with that. What are some new tools/belt you’re thinking about getting?

Been using my set up for 3 years. 5gal home depot bucket and an old ettore yellow mop bucket that I just slide my pant belt into it while avoiding dropping my pants.

Will buy from the wcr store soon. Gonna check out the boab for all that room.

This is what i get from my apprenticeship company…

Unger S Squeegee, Monsoon sleeve, MicroWipe (Big one) some big Microfiber, Vileda gloves, standard non concentrated dish soap (pH neutral) and a big 12 liter bucket. Not on that photo a VERMOP Glassman scraper with the standard rusting blades.

As for clothes we have company shirts that barely anyone uses as you sweat in them pretty quickly.

The safety shoes give u hurting feet after like 3 - 4 hours if youre not used to them, i have to wear them a week or so till i have no issues anymore but i dont know about others, and they leave streaks on PVC floors and similar…
As for trousers i have some standard work trousers that allow you to put one or two squeegees in the right side of them like in a BOAB but well of course water is the issue here.

Theres plans for new clothes but that could obviously take a while…

Lets see, I have the ettore belt with the ettore 3 pocket pouch. It has been great for holding my Magic Erasers, Steel Wool, scraper blade, and track brush. Then I have a husky pouch on it for holding business card holder, and a small bottle for dawn and water. And screen tool which is a paint can opener. I just added a small hammer holster for my 6 inch squeegee. My main holster is for my 14 or 22 inch squeegees. My boab is a pulex. But my pant leg still gets a tad wet. AM I forgetting anything?? Haha

I’m using an Unger ergonomic belt, with the Unger ninja boab, with an 18 and 12 inch Unger ergo handles with the Unger s channels with hard rubber. Unger swivel 18 inch t bar, with the monsoon sleeve, and an ettore 16 foot pole for pole work, also a moerman excellerator for the pole and some window work… Also some extra ettore squeegees and a smaller t bar and mop. I’m using either squeegee off and or dawn in little bottles accessible on my belt. So I can squirt on more mix onto my mops and or windows. Also have a spray bottle hanging from my belt with window cleaning mix in it so I can pre wet higher up windows

Good afternoon everyone. As far as my belt setup as stated earlier I thought it was a ettore belt. It is a CLC soft nylon. Any suggestions on a sturdier belt? I have been watching videos on the unger ergotec set up. Who uses that? And how do you like it?

I have used the Unger Ninja BOAB on a Sorbo belt my first 7 years. I use the Sorbo metal wool pouch with velcro closure front and center on my belt. I position my BOAB in front of my right leg and my Harry Falk razor scraper holster just to the rear of my BOAB with a Triumph angled razor scraper in it. Behind the razor scraper on my right I have the large Sorbo holster for huge squeegee, but I wish that holster had a loop down low to keep long squeegee upright and not be allowed to tilt side ways and make it difficult to walk through conjested areas. I keep my 5" detailing squeegee in the rear belt loop. I use the spring loaded Contour Pro handle on my 10" squeegee with Sorbo wide body channel. My other handles are Ettore adjustable handles with Sorbo wide body channels. I want to try a Gunslinger BOAB soon. I like how fast I have become using a very simple but high quality belt set up for 7 years. I keep three Huck towels on my left side, two towels in large towel loop on belt and the third towel in the smaller tool loop on the left side of my belt just behind the main towel loop. My first towel is designated as the slop towel, the next towel is my dry towel and towel 3 is the totally clean and dry buff towel. I rotate my towels as my slop towel gets too sloppy. I grab a new clean towel and place it in buff loop and move buff towel to dry towel position and dry towel becomes slop towel. I try to use my total tool belt like Bruce Lee used nunchukas… :grinning:
I made a video of my tool belt setup: - YouTube

Hello everybody!
I’m from Sweden, and just become a member here.

This is my belt setup, the grey pouches sit in front.
The squeegee holder has a sponge in the bottom so it doesn’t drip water if doing inside work.
Had just order a gunslinger instead, waiting for it to arrived :v::grin:

From Left to Right:

Dewalt pouch (front): holds about 3 hucks, bronze wool and hangs one huck (to dry hands when closing a shash) The Carabiner on the pouch usually holds a paint can opener.

Dual Bull Ring with scrim and 420ml sprayer (left hip) : Works well and you learn how to use your left hand when spraying.

Unger Scraper (right back side) works well and fast.

Bull ring w/ Unger Ninja handle and Sorbo Quick Silver 6" channel (right rear) Great location, I usually have the ring hold an additional scrim to catch drips

Gunslinger (right hip) w/ Sorbo California Dream 3’ pole, Ettore 18" super channel, Unger Ninja T-Bar w/ Ettore Porcupine mop. Not inclusive and this setup changes all the time as I have a lot of different mops/squeegees that I use.

Belt: The belt is a Tuff Belt with military grade Raptor buckles
