Annual Sales goals

Are you on track to meet your sales goals?

If not how far off are you and what will you be implementing next year to achieve them?

I set a pretty big goal for us this year and looks like we may miss it by a bit. We have increased sales to date by 37% compared to this time last year. Incredibly excited about this year and already planning next.

I aquired 4 new commercial accounts this year which another 25k per year. Jani, and windows. Maybe carpets, they’re weird about it tho, as they are not to familiar with vlm. If i can get that, then it another 5k. We’ll see. I’m happy with my results this year

I started my company in June of last year. In 7 months I grossed $34k. This year I am already booked everyday until literally Christmas Eve and will Gross just over $100k.

While I consider myself a window cleaner first and foremost, I have diversified my services to clients to do other items in order to stay busy. I do a lot of flat surface pressure washing this time of year along with PW and Windows for houses with people getting ready for company and decorating for the holidays.

Recently I went to a Chamber of Commerce networking night and linked up with an architecture firm that is developing several new buildings in our area. They said they never took into consideration the cleaning and maintenance of their buildings after they are completed. I get it that they turn over the keys and property to the clients, but then they use those buildings as examples of their work. So they have decided to have me doing maintenance cleanings of the buildings and glass as part of their contracts so the products of their company’s image stay as beautiful as the day they were built.

If you are falling short of your annual goals, adjust your target audience and see how you can help people keep their business’ image. So for the Architect I am keeping their past projects in good shape to help them make the best presentation to future clients. New Market for income. The car dealerships are all doing their end of year sales events for the holidays. Time to make the building and glass pretty for the holiday shoppers. New Market for income. I am doing a lot of sealing after pressure washing, especially areas with a lot of mildew and algae growth. This reduces incidences for liability lawsuits from slip and falls. Helping companies from being at risk to a liability issue. New Market for income.
