Same here! Recently finished our 2019 marketing plan and ordered in our first batch of 1000 doorhangers… The big plan includes 5000 door hangers that will used to blanket all the major high end neighborhoods. Just trying to load up for spring cleaning work! Also going back to pursuing large commercial accounts & also looking to add a few more storefront maintenance accounts.

We send out post cards to all our property managers and also residential. The key is timing and weather. That’s the hard part. We also make phone calls after we send out cards using a service that you upload all the numbers into.

We are already booked out almost 60 days. Haven’t started scheduling regulars yet either. We booked 21 homes in one neighborhood that we did 6 in last season that has filled up calendar. Time to add second WFP.

I joined a Networking Group called Grotto. I have had alot of 1 on 1 meetings and booked cleanings with Real estate agents and property managment teams. Picked up a whole mini mall from a insurance agent within that group. She switched cleaners to me and encouraged the whole mall to switch also. Bi weekly cleanings. Ordered new professional made invoices also and new work shirts

Grotto groups should be nation wide Luke. Or a BNI group also.
Thanks man. I’ve heard of bni before. We never joined because you have to be at each meeting. We just couldn’t stick to that.
Yes it is a little demanding that way, but the returns are awesome. My residential is starting to book more. Plus I finally built a website. BNI loves to network within its own groups.

Getting our pressure washing rig in soon from Georgia, a lot to learn, exciting to try something new.
Spring started a little slow, but then out of the blue the phone rang and it became a snowball effect. So now Spring is Awesome!!! 1st full year and I am running. Picked up 21 subway sandwhich locations. And residentials is booking also. Windows for subway are a 1 time a month deal but killer for fill in work

Luke, I am learning how to schedule everything to the T, my phone calendar and paper calendar have to match up. If they don’t match up that’s where I’ve goofed up in the past this year. Plus I brought on a employee one that only wants to work for the summer. And so I have been training him for the last week.
The 21 Subway locations have to be done within 3 days so 7 A-day . And I have to split them up within the areas that I am in
