We have a pressure washing job that we need to do after the hours. There is a condo located behind the property. I am wondering if the city needs to be notified or if the residents need to be notified of the noise that they might hear. We have been pressure washing for many years now but this is our 1st over night project. Thank you for any advice and shared experience.

I’d say they might be able to shut it down due to noise ordinances. I could be wrong but I would assume you would need a permit. I’d check with the city. Would suck to get started and then have to quit .
Wouldn’t have a noise problem if there was a pressure washing direct drive system…

We do not have a direct drive system. Its just your average 4200psi loud gas machine!
The only thing is to have box trailer with sound dampener wall and a good muffler. close it up. Thats what I have seen.
