2109 solar panels

Hey everyone!

My name is Brandon and I’d like to ask everyone’s help on what I should charge for this big solar panel job. There are 2109 solar panels in total. They are roof mounted and laid flat (not angled), and they are filthy with bird droppings and a couple years of dust. The building is next to a busy highway and next to train tracks. I’m thinking of providing 3 separate price rates:
One time cleaning
Annually
Bi-annually

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Hey Brandon! I dont have a lot of experience with solar panels. Maybe @JaredAI could chime in tho.

Make sure there is a first time clean charge. Bc they could say they will go with a bi annual clean just to get a cheaper price and then not have you out again. So a first time clean, a bi annual, and an annual

Flat panels take a while. Might be easier to pressure wash them and then rinse with di water.

How did this job end up going? Just out of curiosity.

Wash bots have another option for solar panels too, If you can’t drive through. Which looks like you can’t from the picture
