Colorado Native Window Cleaner since 2005. Started in The Roaring Fork Valley, Colorado. Then I formed small business called Creative Window Cleaning in Golden, Co in 2007. The business took off in 2009 with 2 subcontractors working with me. My Subcontractors were very loyal to me while paying them very well plus providing a personal financial advisor for free to help them save for retirement. My Moms a financial advisor and took good care of them. I paid my Subs 50-75% of the $ they made that day. Mostly making around $300-$400+ a day. Plus, all of us were climbers and enjoyed snowboarding, backpacking, and making music. Id take them to shows, snowboarding, climbing North tabletop mountain in Golden after work to climb and much more. I wanted to create a business that incorporated working hard, playing hard, and more like a community like business that we all were equal and helped each other. Well I got lucky and kept my two guys on full time until I sold it.

I sold Creative Window Cleaning in 2020 since my wife found a dream job in Arkansas that paid well so I decided to sell to one of my subcontractors. It’s still running to this day. I do miss it though and sometimes wish I never sold it to end up moving all over Arkansas and Missouri with no idea what my wife was going to do or stay at since she made the money.

Now I’m in Saint Louis, and started a window business called Grandinetti Services which might change but it works well for now, plus in the neighborhood called the Hill, there is a bunch of Italians living there and with a last name like Grandinetti, its helping me get noticed. I’m still in the beginning stage of starting it up as I sold all my equipment to The Window Genie in Bentonville, AR in 2021. I have the basics, and am designing my own WFP system after owning and understanding the Zero Ro/DI system, DI systems,Tucker 3 stage system, and a Triple Crown 3 stage system I eventually turned into a twin RO while adding a sediment filter. This system produced 1-2gpm depending on tap pressure. Only had to change my R/O membranes once in 5 years. If you take care of your machine and flush it while storing it in a appropriate environment, it’ll last.

The thing I’m doing different this time is I’m getting involved with the social media community to learn and give back what I’ve learned. Luke, your the first sight I’ve posted to. I’ve always liked using your videos Luke to send to new summer time helpers in Colorado to watch before they show up on the job. Thank you Luke for that.

Look forward to the future and staying connected via social media style.
