SteveO, I would never use a ladder on an interior route job. Ever. I am sure you are charging enough, but there is no way I am willing to climb ladders on my route.

@SteveO I also have a different approach. I view neons and furniture as liabilities that I am not willing to deal with.
I will work around them, but my customers understand that it’s their responsibility to grant me clear access to the windows.

I do not move signs, furniture or suctioncup’d stuff.

Also, you are working with the neons ON??? It doesnt take much to get water on those tubes and shatter them. I don’t think the risk is worth it, but at least have them turned off, and advise the client to keep them for a while.
