Lol! That’s awesome! That’s kind of like one I have they said it was being fone for $300 in/out/screens. I quoted $650 to start with, let them talk me down to $450. “But” I can now finish the whole job in plenty enough time for $450 to be worth it, and with screens being inside, I have cleaned the outside only for $200 each time every 3 weeks from spring, up til 2 weeks ago.
I hate compromising on my initial bid but im so glad I did on this one!
