How is everyone? | coronavirus | window cleaning industry

When the snow comes, we pivot. When gutters overflow, we pivot. When moss removal leads are hot, we pivot. When windows need cleaning, we pivot.

The best business advice I could give to anyone is to stay flexible. Work your strengths. If you can’t put your business skills towards your company for the minute, look to other ventures that are in desperate need of people with your skills as they boom.

Personally, I’m taking the down time to learn more programming languages and hone my skills to develop our own service-based CRM and deal tracking software because I’m constantly disappointed with everything on the market right now. But other window cleaning companies I know have pivoted to disinfection cleaning. Craft a service on your website that caters to how you detail and sterilize surfaces and market it to your storefront customers. It might be the way you make ends meet until such time as things normalize.

Right now experts are saying that the soonest that will happen is late September for USA. With Trump at the wheel I’d say you’ll be lucky to see “normal” again before winter…
