So guys, this time of year I’m starting to think about winter, I get the whole approach of gaining commercial clients, I just haven’t steered away from residential quite yet. I know there’s no set answer on this but approximately how long would you say would it take to start building a sustainable route? Strip malls or restaurants?

Took me a while but i focused on commercial accounts rather than store fronts. Im gonna jump back on LinkedIn again, and revamp my profile. Trying to get in contact with more managers and such. I want my schedule to be completely commercial with schedule cleaning that includes carpet cleaning with cimex or OP as well.
Never done LinkedIn, how does that help?
Potentially use it to connect with more managers and people that has hiring power that are hard to reach in person. When you hand out flyers or brochure for commercial work that your link to you LinkedIn, it may appeal to them.
