I would recommend pressure washing with a lower pressure to start, 1700psi-2500psi. The next thing I would try is scotchbrite scouring pads like the Tucker Scrubbing pad. Those two options are better for cleaning heavy mold such as lichen mold or heavy avian excrement deposits. Bronze wool pads might clog up with those materials quickly and then you will not have the cleaning efficacy for very long.
