Wood tip on my Xero Micro. No need to retrofit as the Xero Micro carbon fiber trad pole comes pre retrofitted with an Acme thread. I bought the red Xero adapter for it and a wood tip when I bought it new.

I had the Acme thread break off on my 3’ cheater that I retrofitted with an Ettore pro+ tip. I just use the spring nub on it only now.
My 8’ Sorbo was retrofitted the same way but the acme thread never broke off, and just uses a generic wood tip.
